All items sold by Galerie Thomaś are vintage and pre-loved. As such, they may show signs of age, wear or imperfections that add to their character.
We do our best to accurately describe and photograph each piece, but please understand that vintage items are sold as-is.
Shipping & Delivery
For regional or remote areas, additional charges may apply. We will contact you after purchase to confirm delivery costs if applicable.
Delivery times are approximate and depend on location and courier availability. If you prefer to arrange your own transport or pickup we are not liable for any damage that may occur once the item has left our premises.
Damages in Transit
We take care to package items safely; however once the item has been handed over to a third party courier we are not responsible for any damages, loss or delays in transit. We recommend seeking insurance when arranging your own delivery.
Ownership
Items remain the property of Galerie Thomaś until payment is received in full.
Intellectual Property

Refund Policy
